We have created a unique, family friendly, fun space for you to relax. This central location allows quick, walkable access to skiing, restaurants, bars, Split Rock Pool, Starbucks and the lake! In the summer months, the lake provides inflatables, beach access, restaurants, playground, hammocks, paddle boarding, fishing, canoeing and hiking! We love that you’re close to all the action while still having the option to retreat to the quiet, relaxing atmosphere that Summit Condos offer. When you need a break from the excitement, activities, and concerts in the main village, you can enjoy a peaceful escape just steps away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Lower heat to 65, make sure deck door is locked and door jam in place.

Check the fridge and freezer doors are completely closed. Please let us know if we are running low or out of any essentials.

Return the parking passes to the hook in the ski drop area by the main door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our family is from Charleston, WV and has been skiing at Snowshoe with our 3 children for over 2 decades. We love being on the mountain and feel blessed to have this amazing condo in the Summit building. Renting our place is a way we support our love of skiing! In our opinion, there is no better way to spend quality time with your spouse and kids in the winter; no screens, exercise, laughs and priceless memories!

Why they chose this property

We love how much space we have in Summit. The three bedrooms, especially with the 2 bunks, provide more than enough room for our family of five. We also love that we can invite friends and family and have room for our guests too. The convenience of walking to the slopes and village is priceless! The real showstopper is the view from our dining room and deck! Looking at the mountains from 4848 ft will instantly put you into vacation mode!

What makes this property unique

Our property is very unique and has a Snowshoe Hare theme throughout. The space is fun, comfortable, with modern updates throughout. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults, with board and video games, cool LED lights, puzzles, fire pits, wildlife that come close to our deck. We even have a deer feed dispenser by the deck to attack furry friends to visit!
