Very large apartment with beautiful garden and swimming pool at the back of the property. Let down by sone poor quality furniture and very basic kitchen utensils.Lage is super central only 7 minutes walk from center and from the beautiful Ruhr promenade. Freindly staff.

Top Lage und eine super Wohnung mit einigen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage - sehr zentral. Großes Platzangebot, freundliches Personal. Garten und Pool runden das Ganze ab. Sauberkeit in der Dusche war nicht ganz okay (Abfluss). In der Küche fehlt es leider an einiger Ausstattung. Zu wenig Teller, Tassen, Gläser (nicht Weingläser) :-)Auch wäre eine Spülmaschine gut.Sonst alles prima. Danke.

Übernachtung während der Messe

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay. Da das Appartment neu war, hat noch so einiges gefehlt (z.B. Handtuchaufhänger in Bad und Toilette, Lampe und Nachttisch im kleinen Zimmer...) und es roch sehr unangenehm (Geruch entsteht wenn die Wasser-u. Kloleitungen lange nicht benutzt wurden). Das hat sich aber dann nach 1 Tag erledigt. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig und modern eingerichtet, aber nicht unbedingt gemütlich. Das kleine zweite Zimmer hat eine Tür mit Glasscheibe und ist sehr eng und nicht so vorteilhaft. In der Küche fehlt ein Rollo und die Tür lässt sich nicht zumachen. Der Blick in den Garten von Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist sehr schön. Wir würden es wieder mieten, dann aber ohne Frühstück im dazugehörenden Hotel. Das war qualitativ nicht seinen Preis wert. Da gehen wir lieber zum Bäcker. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Positiv überrascht hat uns, das nach 2 Tagen jemand in die Wohnung kam und Betten und Bad gemacht hat. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet.
