About this property
"urlaub zum Wohlfühlen..." Modern Eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Gartenbereich!
Since January 2024, Alex and Johanna Stark have been warmly welcoming all guests who want to experience an unforgettable stay in the “Chiemgau Alps” holiday region. Don’t settle for a cramped and impersonal hotel room—here, you’ll enjoy a welcoming setting with plenty of space and privacy.
The spacious layout, the fully equipped kitchen, the modern bathroom, the cosy living area, and the private garden make “Casa di Stark” perfect for a holiday as a couple or with young children.
NOTE: There is only 1 double bed in the apartment!! However, we’re happy to provide a double air mattress or a toddler bed for up to 2 children.
For children over 6 years old, we must charge a fee of 15€ per night per child on site...
We wish you an unforgettable holiday! Experience nature, the mountains, and lakes; visit Rosenheim, Munich, or Salzburg; and then come back to comfortably wind down the day with a glass of wine.
Upon request, we’re happy to serve as tour guides, whether for hiking, biking, or sightseeing (prices upon request)
