About this property

Florida Dream Home With Private Pool and High Speed Internet

Wonderful Pool Home with south facing pool deck and an incredible view of a wide sweetwater canal.
3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with huge walk in showers ( one bathroom en suite and the second with access to the pool deck), Gas grill and well stocked with everything you may need.

Free Wi-Fi 200, Water and TV.
We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dishwashing liquid and some dishwashing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
Beach towels, Beach chairs, Beach Umbrella and a cooler are also provided.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
By liability reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
