Private: garden 5'000 m2, swimming pool fenced (4 x 8 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 13.Oct.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, fireplace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Bumpy motor access (700 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station "Chiusi" 13 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 14 km. Traumurlaub

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus, absolut ruhige Lage. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Lediglich etwas schwierige Anfahrt über steile Schotterstraße. Nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Der Pool ist gigantisch!

Huis om van te genieten

Wij zijn er vanaf 16 april geweest en hebben deze laatste periode bij gehuurd. We sturen maar een beoordeling in maar die geldt op voor de periode van 16 april tot 11 mei. Een zeer sfeervol huis dat met smaak gerestaureerd is. Ligt lekker rustig met een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Zwembad was perfect. Wifi deed het zeer goed. Zelfs ontvangst bij het zwembad. De keuken was wat minder. Er was voldoende bestek en service. Ook aan pakken geen gebrek. Miste magnetron en mixer.

Absolute Erholung

Haus, Grundstück und Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich und alle Fragen/Anliegen wurden umgehend geklärt. Vor der Anreise wurden noch Hinweise zur Wegbeschreibung geschickt. Top! Das Haus liegt wunderbar gelegen, wenn man Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe mag. Ein Auto muss man aber haben.

VACANZA IN RELAX

Struttura accogliente e ben tenuta e ottima piscina perfetta per quiete e completo relax. Siamo stati un giorno con problemi di energia elettrica per poca potenza disponibile. La vasca idromassaggio non era usufruibile e barbecue non era presente contrariamente a quanto elencato nei servizi disponibili. L'ultimo giorno abbiamo avuto anche problemi di mancanza di acqua calda. Infine abbiamo dovuto richiedere i contenitori per la raccolta differenziata.
