Stunningly beautiful chalet/holiday home, peaceful location, directly on the ski slope
in the 'Kitzbühel/Kirchberg' ski region up in the mountains at 1100 m.
max. 10 people, large luxurious wellness area

The holiday home was newly built in 2005 and newly furnished in a Tyrol style. It has a large wellness area (sauna/whirlpool) and an integrated apartment (with additional kitchen, living room, etc.). You can rent the entire house for up to 10 people on about 240 m2 of living space.

Ski fans start directly in front of the house on the ski slope to the lift (gondola) and come directly back to the house.

The completely newly built wellness area has about 45 m2 with a whirlpool/jacuzzi for 4 people, a spacious sauna and a spacious shower area, own WC and sink. The relaxation area with loungers and a stereo system provides for romantic relaxation after a long ski day.

Ski region Kitzbühel:

The ski paradise Kitzbühel is one of the largest, most modern and innovative ski regions in Austria. (145 km descents and 54 ski lifts, 50% snow). With the new spectacular 3S cable car, you are now directly connected to the Jochberg/Pass Turn ski regions. Last season, the ski regions of Mittersill and Westendorf were connected with new lifts. The Chalet Katharina is in the middle of the ski region on the valley descent Pengelstein/Skirast, 200 m above the Schroll inn. You can start in the middle of the ski region on the Pengelstein descent, directly on the ski slope in front of the holiday home.

Beautiful location, comfortable, perfectly equipped kitchen. Wonderful views. Lots of doors to separate living areas kept things quiet. In case it's helpful for planning your trip: - We parked four cars at the house - one of them being a large camper van. - Top Floor: Two bedrooms with king beds, en suite bathrooms, living room with several seating/lounge areas- Main Floor: Two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with twin bunkbeds, two hall bathrooms, kitchen dining room entry area- Basement: Two bedrooms with small kitchen/dining/living area in basement (one without view), sauna, small hot tub, lounge area, laundry- Two grocery stores 10 min away
