Stop and Stay at the Stoplight Waterfront Cottage with a private boat dock!

Escape to beautiful Lake Granbury and enjoy a peaceful stay at our charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath home. We have just finished adding a small stand alone bunk house that sleeps 2 in twin beds, and a fun outdoor shower. The Stoplight Cottage sits on an exceptionally large, beautifully landscaped lot. This property offers plenty of space to relax, play, gather, and enjoy lake living.
You'll love the private boat dock making it easy to bring your own boat. We are 1/2 mile from the public launch ramp and 2 miles from historic Downtown Granbury, where you can enjoy shopping, dining, entertainment, and the charming Granbury Square.
Outside, unwind beneath the beautiful mature shade trees, relax in the many outdoor seating areas, gather around the fire pits, fish off the dock in swinging chairs, kayak on the water, or simply enjoy the expansive lawn and peaceful waterfront setting.
The large circular driveway provides plenty of room for boat trailer parking and other vehicles. We also have covered parking for boats with electricity hook ups!

If you use the kayak and life jackets please put them back in the original spot they were found. $100 fee for lost or broken paddles/ life jackets.
Please put all chairs and furniture back in their original spot, if you move them.

My husband daughter and I moved to Granbury full time in February. We have owned lake houses in Granbury for the last 6 years. We love it here and decided to call it our home! It is a great lake, laid back town and super fun Town Square with so much going on. We just bought this house down the street from our current home and can not wait to start sharing it with others.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is on the North side of the lake close to Weatherford on a very quiet street. We are out of all the traffic both on the lake and the streets! Super close to town and the Tin Top River.

What makes this property unique

This property has the most amazing lot with huge trees. We always loved the house and the "stop light" on the garage, so when it went up for sale we JUMPED on it. We are sooo happy with our decision and can not wait to share this slice of Heaven with you.
