Villa 'Ca La Lluna' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Located in 'Es Bacarés', a charming rustic fishing village on the bay of Pollensa and close to the medieval town of Alcudia with its picturesque pedestrian streets, stores, bars and restaurants.
The atmosphere around the house is quiet and familiar. Authentic Mallorca.
It is easy and pleasant to take refuge under the shade of a pine tree to take a nap or read a book, only interrupted by the laughter of children playing in the water.
The house, with swimming pool, is composed of two floors. Downstairs you will find a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom (all provided for a person in wheelchair). Upstairs, you will find a large room with a very comfortable sofa bed, two single beds of 90/200 and the second bathroom, as well as a balcony overlooking the sea.
The swimming pool has a device to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility. A perfect place to make beautiful excursions on foot or by bicycle all year round. The situation in the bay of Pollensa perfect for windsurfing, kitesurfing or any other water sport in a very safe bay and sheltered from bad weather. Internet access and satellite TV.
