Leider ist diese Wohnung nicht für sommer geeinget. Fenster ohne Rollos und ohne Fliegengitter machten das Lüfte unmögöich weil viele Westen reinkamen.Sehr sauer war es nicht. DIE Treppe ist ein Friedhof für Wespen.

Besonders die Problematik mit den Wespen und das Lüften während Ihres Aufenthalts bedauern wir sehr – hier hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass Sie uns direkt vor Ort kontaktiert hätten, damit wir zeitnah hätten reagieren und Abhilfe schaffen können. Die Sauberkeit hat für uns einen sehr hohen Stellenwert – wir werden Ihr Feedback daher intern mit unserem Reinigungsteam besprechen und noch einmal sensibilisieren. Wir danken Ihnen für Ihre Hinweise und prüfen derzeit mögliche Verbesserungen, z. B. durch zusätzliche Insektenschutzmaßnahmen. Auch der von Ihnen beschriebene Bereich bei der Treppe wird kontrolliert, um dort dauerhaft für Abhilfe zu sorgen. Wir hoffen, Sie dennoch irgendwann wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen – gerne in einer unserer anderen Wohnungen, die eventuell besser auf Ihre Bedürfnisse abgestimmt sind.
