Top Wohnung

Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man dafür braucht. Zwischen zwei Parks gelegen, ist die Lage und die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon geht ins Grüne.An der Bosehalle haben wir sogar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Für Fahrräder gibt es im Hof oder Keller Abstellplätzen.Der Kontakt zur Vermietern war unkompliziert und sehr sympathisch! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr angenehmer und toller Aufenthalt Ende Oktober 2024

Ich durfte Ende Oktober/Anfang November 2024 eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verbringen. Auf meine Bitte hin wurde ich umgehend von der Wohnungsbesitzerin telefonisch kontaktiert, und wir vereinbarten eine persönliche Einweisung und die Schlüsselübergabe, was zu meiner Ankunft bestens geklappt hat. Die Wohnung ist wie bereits im Profil tw. beschrieben eine sorgfältig renovierte Altbauwohnung mit sehr hohen Raumdecken und Parkett. Die Fotos geben sie gut wieder – in Realität wirkte sie für mich mit Eingangsbereich/korridor, Wohnraum, Schlafraum, Küche und Bad insgesamt sogar noch grösser und geräumiger. Die Einrichtung und Ausrüstung – beispielsweise in Küche und Bad – ist sorgfältig und bis ins Detail bedacht. Auch die permanent vorhandene Inneneinrichtung (Bücher, Bilder, Möbel etc.) ist geschmackvoll und anteilsmässig und von der Gewichtung her so gewählt, dass stets der Eindruck von grosszügigen und hellen Räumen entsteht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus, das in einer kleineren, ruhigen und sehr verkehrsarmen Strasse liegt, die von zwei Seiten durch Parkanlagen flankiert wird. Alle Fenster gehen demzufolge ins Grüne – entsprechend sind auch bei geöffneten Fenster tagsüber und vor allem nachts kaum bis gar keine störenden Aussengeräusche (z.B. Verkehr) zu hören. Zusammen mit der nahen Anbindung an den ÖV (ca. 15-20 Minuten bis BE-Mitte) macht diese Wohnung für mich persönlich (beinahe) perfekt. In Zukunft hoffentlich sehr gerne ein nächstes Mal!

'n Koffer in Berlin

Schöne FeWo in Berlin

Wir waren 6 Tage zu Gast in der FeWo und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sauber, gut mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu erreichen (unser PKW hat die gesamte Zeit unbenutzt vor dem Haus gestanden) und hatte alles was wir für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigten.

Cosy flat, convenient location

The flat is very comfortable. It is close to public transport, but parking in the street is also possible. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Check-in and check-out was very easy, the internet worked well and the equipment of the flat suited my needs perfectly.

Wunderschöne Wohnung im Grünen

Die Wohnung bestach durch ihre Sauberkeit und war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ferienwohnung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck, sie erfüllt nicht nur ihren Zweck sondern ist auch richtig schön dekoriert. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Im Bad ist sogar eine Waschmaschine. Obwohl in dem Haus viele Wohnungen sind, ist es sehr ruhig, von den Nachbarn hört man kaum etwas. Auch Straßenlärm gibt es hier gar nicht. Rundherum sind öffentliche Parkanlagen um abends zu entspannen. Ein kleiner Balkon ist auch da. Ich war zu einem Kurs in Berlin und konnte mir die Stadt leider nicht anschauen, aber wer das möchte, hat es nicht weit bis zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station, ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants gibt es auch in der Nähe. Die Wohnung kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Ich möchte nächstes Jahr wieder einen Kurs in Berlin besuchen und hoffe, dass sie dann gerade frei ist.
