Pros: It's a nice appartement, quiet, small but has anything you need, perfect to reach Pila and Aosta city. The host is also very nice.

Good position for all our activities, an easy walk to the city centre.

Pros: Very effective air conditioning a real blessing when we got in from our days out in the mountains in very hot weather. Luca was friendly and helpful. EV charging just over a low wall and didn't even need to move the car to charge. Adjacent supermarket very handy (and very good). Cons: No complaints at all, but it's not for people who lounge around hotel pools!:-)

posizione strategica e dotazioni complete

Pros: L'appartamento è a 50 metri dalla cabinovia per Pila con una estesa rete di piste da sci e da mountain-bike e possibilità di innumerevoli escursioni con panorama che va dal Monte Bianco al Grand Combin, Cervino e Monte Rosa. Sempre a 50 metri c'è un grande ipermercato (Gros Cidac) con gastronomia e prodotti tipici, una Farmacia e un'agenzia Unicredit. L'arredamento e le dotazioni sono moderni e completi. Al top il comfort, la pulizia e la connessione internet. Nell'area comune c'è la macchina a cialde per il caffé, detergenti, aspirapolvere e quant'altro possa occorrere. Per arrivare al centro di Aosta è sufficiente una passeggiata di 8 minuti (misurati) passando per il sottopassaggio della vicina ferrovia. Per qualunque ulteriore esigenza si può fare affidamento nella cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità di Luca, il titolare. Cons: Dovermene andare, il giorno della partenza. Ma sto già organizzandomi per poter tornare il prima possibile.
