In the district of Ramsberg 4 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the centre of Ramsau, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 4.5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Available: sledges for children (7). Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Bichl Bahnhaltestelle" 2.8 km, railway station "Bichl Bahnhaltestelle" 2.8 km. Skisport facilities 4.5 km, ski rental 4.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Horbach/Penken 4.5 km, Zillertal Arena, Ahornbahn. Hiking paths: Wallfahrtskirch Maria Rast, Ahorn. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The tiled stove is powered by electricity. The sauna is located directly in the apartment.

Traumhafte Aussicht zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kinder können sich auf dem Spielplatz am Haus austoben, da gibt es sogar ein Trampolin und vom Balkon sieht man direkt runter. Die Aussicht ist vermutlich eine der besten im Zillertal. Die Wohnung ist großzügig aufgeteilt und es gibt alles was man braucht, sehr sauber und in bester Qualität. Sehr großer Balkon, Sauna in der Wohnung - top!

Perfekte Wohnung mit Panoramabergblick

Eine sehr schöne und absolut saubere Wohnung. Die Küche, Schlafzimmer und die Bäder sind neuwertig und bestens ausgestattet. Der Balkon bietet Sonne bis in die Abendstunden und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Ein perfekter Urlaubsort zum entspannen, auftanken und genießen!

Eine Woche Wanderurlaub im Zillertal

Wir waren zu Viert für eine Woche hauptsächlich zum Wandern in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung, die sich im oberen Bereich des Hauses befindet. Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt mit im Haus. Der Empfang fand persönlich statt und war sehr herzlich. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist hervorragend, jedes Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auf dem Balkon gibt es sogar einen Grill. Die makellose Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben.

optimale Aufteilung und Ausstattung

Die Ferienwohnung war in Wirklichkeit noch größer und schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Sie ist super eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche hat alle Geräte und Ausstattung , die man braucht und alles ist von hoher Qualität. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist sehr gut und jeden Zimmer hat sein eigenes, sehr schönes Badezimmer. Die ganze Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Anfahrt ziemlich kurvig und schmale Strasse. Dafür schöne Aussicht. Vermieterin sehr sehr nett!!

Een heerlijk ruim appartement met volledig ingerichte keuken. Bedden liggen heerlijk en ook de badkamers zijn ruim. Een heerlijk balkon en een speeltuin beneden maken het compleet.
