Thank you, Kristen, for your feedback. We are happy you enjoyed this home. We sincerely apologize for the issues you have encountered during your stay. We'll continue to work closely with both our local staff and the homeowner to make improvements to this home, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another wonderful getaway in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize that you were unable to reach our local management team when you needed assistance. After reviewing what happened, it appears there was a system error. When you contacted Guest Services, your issue was mistakenly entered as a medium-severity ticket instead of an urgent one. Urgent tickets immediately notify our local team so we can respond as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, because the ticket was not created correctly, we were not alerted right away. We sincerely apologize for that oversight. We’re grateful that the homeowner was available to assist you with the sulfur smell in the water and to show you how to use the sofa bed so your stay could continue with as little disruption as possible. As promised, we have processed a refund to help make up for the inconvenience. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the card that was used to make the reservation, depending on your financial institution. We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes and prevent situations like this from happening again.
