Pure relaxation in the Alpenhimmel apartment!

Not only winter sports enthusiasts will be thrilled by this fantastic location! Just a few minutes away from the famous ski jump in Garmisch-Partenkirchen lies our charming vacation apartment "Alpenhimmel." This ideal base is also a true paradise for hikers and summer vacationers: In the surrounding area, you will find numerous hiking trails, mountain lifts, and the popular "Kainzenbad" – a beautiful natural swimming pool that guarantees family fun!

The bright ground-floor apartment, covering approximately 60 square meters, accommodates up to four people and is cleverly laid out. On the left side of the living area, you will find an inviting dining table that provides ample space for shared meals with friends or family. Directly opposite is the separate kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for self-catering during your vacation. Here, you'll find a stove with an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and, of course, a dishwasher to make your life easier.

The right side of the living space is dedicated entirely to relaxation. A spacious, cozy seating area invites you to enjoy sociable evenings. The large sofa is not only comfortable but can also be quickly converted into an additional sleeping area for up to two people. From this area, you also have access to the bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed. Here, you can enjoy restful nights and recharge your energy. A generous double wardrobe offers plenty of storage for your vacation wardrobe. Especially delightful is the direct access to the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the fresh mountain air right from the morning. On warm summer evenings, you can relax here wonderfully and unwind at the end of the day.

The bathroom features both a relaxing bathtub and a walk-in shower, so you can unwind however you like after an active day in the mountains. A separate toilet adds extra convenience.

Planning to travel with more people? No problem! The vacation apartments "Alpennest" and "Bergnest" are located in the same building and can be booked together to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und liegt schön und ruhig in einer Wohngegend, Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Ausflüge sind von dort aus auch ohne Auto möglich, denn Wanderwege und Seilbahnen liegen ganz in der Nähe.

Wenn man mit Hund verreist ist die Lage recht gut, da in der Nähe ein Park ist, wo der Hund frei laufen kann, obwohl die Schilder es nicht erlauben. Aber da sagt ausnahmsweise niemand was, wenn der Hund gut erzogen ist. An dem Haus ist eine große Wiese, wäre schön, wenn die Hunde morgens machen könnten. Ich kam nach langer Anfahrt an und wollte vorm Haus auspacken, schon war die Polizei dort, drückte ein Auge zu, wenn ich das Auto wegfahren würde. Was ich auch nicht so vorteilhaft fand, dass die Wohnung Parterre direkt neben der Eingangstür lag und immer zwei Türen geöffnet werden mussten und die laut zuknallten.

Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt - großzügig geschnitten und mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Wir haben gern morgens auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und die Entfernung zur Partnach, wo man sehr schön mit dem Hund spazieren gehen kann, ist auch nicht weit. Da die Wohnung seitlich der Straße liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.
