Das Objekt ist ein modernisiertes Baueranwesen das so wie ich gelesen habe sogar unter Denkmalschutz steht. Das konnte man an der Holztreppe erkennen, die bestimmt noch Original ist. Für ältere Semester eine gewisse Herausforderung. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Küchenzeile läd zur Zubereitung kleinerer Mahlzeiten ein. Die Sicht auf den Tegernsee ist berauschend schön. Zu der Wohnung gibt es eine Premium Tegernseecart mit vielen Vergünstigungen. Allerdings eine Tegernsee Rundfahrt mit dem Schiff ist nicht inklusive. Aber Buss und Bahnfahren sind umsonst. Uns hat der Urlaub gefallen und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich.
