Welcome to our holiday home on the beautiful North Sea island of Borkum! A 120 sqm semi-detached house with its own fenced garden, a sun terrace with electric awning, beach tent as well as a garage for your bicycles and a parking space for one car await you.
The entire house is allergy-friendly, the floors are tiled, in the attic studio equipped with a very high-quality PVC floor.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a shower room, the utility room with a washing machine, the cosy and spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and garden.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with TV and view of the countryside, children's room with 2 single beds) and another bathroom with bathtub, shower and underfloor heating.


In the attic studio is another bedroom with TV and DVD player, as well as toys for the little guests - here you can stand it well even in bad weather!
The house has Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV in the living room, as well as a compact system with bluetooth function.
The high-quality furniture creates a relaxing holiday atmosphere and in the evening hours of sunshine you can enjoy dinner on the terrace!
The location can be described as extremely good, at the end of the street is the Greune Stee, from here the south beach can be reached in a short time. By bike you can be in the city centre in 10 minutes, shopping facilities are in the vicinity, a bakery branch is in almost the immediate vicinity.
Bed linen is included in the price and the beds are of course already made on your arrival. You will also find hand, shower and tea towels already in the apartment on your arrival.
