Please remove all water toys and floats from the water and return them to the designated storage area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets brought onto the property will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
Children must be supervised at all times near the water and dock. Guests use the dock, paddle boards and other water equipment at their own risk.
Please park only in the driveway or directly in front of the property. Do not park in front of neighboring homes or block driveways.

I brought my family of 5 along with me for a SPARTAN Race, and we couldn’t have found a more perfect place to relax and have fun together. From fishing to paddleboarding & kayaking, to jumping in the water, playing games, soaking in the hot tub, and lounging and watching a movie together, we all had a great time together. Plus, it’s conveniently located in close proximity to shopping, dining, and the main highway, so getting anywhere away from the property is easy. Super clean, super comfy, and super attentive hosts. We’d definitely consider staying again the next time we’re overnighting in Granbury.
