GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the entire 2-acre property, including the rooftop yoga deck, stargazing deck, pool, hot tub, creekside lounge, speakeasy, game room, movie room, all bedrooms/bathrooms, and outdoor living spaces. Restricted areas include solar panel zones, non-activated roof areas, the owner’s closet, cleaner’s closet, and utility rooms.

IMPORTANT NOTES
To meet safety and regulatory standards, all first-floor doors and windows leading to the pool are equipped with loud alarms. Press BYPASS before opening these doors to prevent activation. Pool gates include small safety locks; the access code will be provided prior to check-in.
