The Accommodation

The holiday rental is located in a newly built solid-wood house. Here you’ll find high-quality amenities and a fresh, modern design. The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains on foot or by bike. At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach. A parking space is available right in front of the house, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance leads you comfortably into the ground-floor apartment. You can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the spacious terrace and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer. To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features a cosy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding. Additionally, a high-quality sofa bed with an extra sleeping function has been selected. The apartment also features a dining area that seats 6 people. Afterwards, relax in the cosy atmosphere, which features a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favourite shows and films in the best picture quality. On the terrace, you’ll find additional seating, lounge chairs for relaxing, and a Weber grill for cosy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom features both a shower and a comfortable bathtub. Here you can unwind after an eventful day. The apartment also includes a guest bathroom. For your convenience, we provide fresh towels as well as all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo. In the bathroom, you’ll also find a washer-dryer, so you can conveniently do your laundry right there.
