Deze woning is niet erg geschikt voor oudere mensen. Woning met o.a. 2 slaapkamers en een bedbank ligt op de 2e verdieping. dus veel trappen. Echter geen toilet en badkamer. Deze bevinden zich op de 3e verdieping. Op de derde verdieping nog 3 slaapkamers. Alle trappen hebben geen leuning. Op 2 slaapkamers is geen verduistering mogelijk (geen gordijnen). Op een badkamer is de raam niet geblindeerd, (dus open inkijk). Inventaris: geen flesopener, geen kurketrekker, geen blikopener.
