A/c struggled to keep up with the heat, no top sheet on master bed, sheets that were on the bed were extremely thin, towels provided were cheap and when used left significant lint on my skin. Great location and floor plan; beautiful bay view from patio. Could have been a lot better with a few changes.

Great quiet location at the far west end of Gavelston. Great ameneties located in the main building. Infinity pool was beautiful. The beach was spotless and such a quiet place to enjoy the wonders of the Gulf.

Property needs upkeep. Rusted gutters, mildewed and mosquito-infested elevators and hallways, pathetic balcony furniture, and no helpful equipment for a beach vacation where you’ve arrived by plane. Unit needs maintenance on dryer, a/c (filthy filters), and drywall. Decor is lacking and furniture is worn.

Nice, quiet and well equipped condo. Elevator only worked the first day, which was not fun hauling stuff up to third floor the other two days. The 2nd bedroom needs blackout shade to block the blazing outside light at night. Mattress cover on 2nd bedroom was plastic and not comfortable. Gutters on the building need work as the rain puddles at the base of the stairs on turns.

This place was great for a short getaway during a long weekend. The area is really nice, and having access to a beach where no cars are allowed makes a huge difference.
