The apartment features two beautiful terraces with views (one overlooking the sea & one the mountains), a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen & bar, two unique bathrooms, and two bedrooms (the master bedroom with a double bed and the children’s room with two bunk beds). It also includes a private underground parking space. The complex has a large pool, garden, and hot tub for shared use. The beach and harbour are right in front of the complex.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and, in addition to many functional amenities, also offers plenty to delight the eye (art & photographs) and the soul (books & plenty of places to lounge). The two terraces provide a wonderful opportunity to relax, and dinners on the front terrace—with the sunset and views of the bay and “La Maddalena”—are especially magical. The location is in the heart of the Costa Smeralda, and all the well-known attractions are within easy reach. Boats are available for rent right on site. The ferry terminal and Olbia Airport are about 30 minutes away. Restaurants and supermarkets are just a 5- to 10-minute walk away.
