A fisherman house in country style:
This beautiful fisherman house is an ensemble of two buildings. The main house is used for living and sleeping, in the small adjoining former stable is the bathroom with separate toilet.
In the upper part of the house the dining area is located, with an open kitchen and a spacious dining area. Behind a half-high wall, a little separated, you will find the sofa area with TV and a stove out of cast-iron.
An outside staircase leads, typical Dalmatian, to the lower part of the house, where the bedrooms are. The master bedroom holds a double bed for you, while the second bedroom is equipped with three single beds. Each in its own cozy niche.
All rooms are stylishly, harmoniously and lovingly furnished with antique furniture in the country house style and feature bright, friendly atmosphere. Air conditioning for cooling and heating in all rooms, TV, dishwasher and washing machine add to the convenience.
Infront of the bedrooms there is a small private courtyard with dining area, which is delightfully shady, especially in summer.
House and yard is connected to the approximately 250m² large Mediterranean garden with olive, lavender and rosemary. Different levels can be found here, an outdoor shower, sun beds and a dining table in the shade of a large tree.
A barbecue takes care of the culinary delights. From the garden you can enjoy a sweeping view of the sea and its surrounding islands.
The center of the village of Murter is reached in five minutes by feet. Here you will find lot of restaurants, bars and cafes. Various beaches and bays are about 1000m away and easily reached by car or feet.
In the house you have free Wi-Fi.
The house is located in a small alley, about 100m away from our private free parking.

Traumhaftes Fischerhaus - traumhafte Inselwelt auf Murter

Von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Urlaub. Dank der perfekten Begleitung durch den Gastgeber. Vielen Dank Herr Haack für diese ganze Mühe, so das eigentlich keine Fragen mehr offen bleiben 😉 Das Fischerhaus liegt wunderbar eingebettet in die kleinen Altstadtgassen von Murter. Kommt man durch das Gartentor begrüßt einen das Haus mit seinem alten Charme. Die Liebe zum kleinen Detail, das tolle Farbkonzept und die gelungene Mischung aus Alt und Neu machen das Haus zu etwas besonderem. Wir haben unsere Zeit im Fischerhaus sehr genossen und die Plätze in dem Terrassengarten voll ausgekostet. Ob es der erste Kaffee am Morgen auf der kleinen Terrasse vor der Küche war, um die ersten Sonnenstrahlen zu kosten. Oder der Blick vom Liegestuhl zwischen den Hausdächern auf das spiegelglatte Meer. Die Gartendusche, das Highlight. Den Abend auf der obersten Terrasse mit leckerem Essen vom Grill, bei dezenter Beleuchtung im Garten, ausklingen lassen. Vom Fischerhaus aus haben wir die Insel zu Fuß erkundet und jeden Tag eine neue tolle Badestelle gefunden. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub

Wundervolles Haus

Murter ist ein selbst in der Vorsaison belebter Ort, das Ferienhaus aber liegt ruhig im alten Ortskern. Alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, ist vorhanden!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten

Alles perfekt, das Häuschen ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. War auch an Regentagen sehr gemütlich. Der Garten war viel größer als erwartet. Vollste Empfehlung.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, wo keine Wünsche offen bleiben

Wir hatten wunderbare sieben Tage im Fischer Haus. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht und ist durch ihre Lage, mitten in der Altstadt mit ihren kleinen Gassen etwas ganz besonderes. Die Unterkunft selber ist in einem exzellenten Zustand und man wird von den Gastgebern mit allen Informationen, die man benötigt versorgt.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub

Das Haus, die Umgebung, die Nähe zum Dorf, welches fußläufig erreichbar ist, und die Nähe zu verschiedenen Stränden war alles perfekt. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns das Wohnen mitten in einer Siedlung von Einheimischen. In dem Haus haben wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Garten, der terrassenförmig angelegt ist, war mit der Außendusche mit Blick auf‘s Meer was ganz Besonderes. Das einzige was und nicht so gut gefallen hat, aber nichts mit dem Haus selbst zu tun hat, die doch preislich sehr an Deutschland angepassten Preise in den Restaurants. Mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche kann man sich aber durchaus selbst was Leckeres zaubern. Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub, der uns in sehr guter Erinnerung bleiben wird. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Traumhaft schön

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Fischerhaus sehr genossen. Natürlich waren wir oft mit dem Boot draußen und die ebenso schöne Inselwelt vor Murter erkundet. Aber die abendliche Rückkehr in das Häuschen war immer wie „nach Hause kommen“. Wunderschön.

Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus. Vom ersten Augenblick verliebt in dieses Domizil.

Ein Urlaub, der vom ersten Kontakt an, ein Urlaub ist. Es fängt mit der netten Kommunikation an, über ein perfekt zusammengestelltes Infopaket ( wo wirklich an ALLES gedacht wurde) bis hin zu einem unbeschreiblich schönen Feriendomizil. Solch eine Liebe zum Detail habe ich noch nirgendwo gesehen... Geschirr, Bretter, jegliche Deko, das Mobiliar sowieso... egal was, selbst Mülleimer sind einfach schön. Natürlich, auch die Außenanlage, in 3 Terrassen gegliedert, hoch oben über der Stadt Murter : unbeschreiblich schön!!! Ich/wir bin/ sind hin und hergerissen, ob wir dieses Haus wieder buchen oder eins der anderen ausprobieren sollen.... aber egal wie, es muss von "Haacks" sein.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir können das Fischerhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es wurde mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Terrassenförmige Anlage des Gartens erlaubt es, jederzeit wahlweise einen Platz zum Sonnen oder im Schatten zu finden. Abkühlung mit Meerblick bietet die Aussendusche. Die letzten Sonnenstrahlen des Tages tauchen den Grillplatz in ein ganz besonderes Licht. Und wenn es Dunkel wird, schafft die Außenbeleuchtung Atmosphäre. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen im Fischerhaus genossen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit eigenem Garten

Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus steht in ruhiger Lage und dennoch zentral. Der eigene Garten mit Außendusche lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Haus ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet.

Absolute delight

This property is to rest your soul and eyes. First of all I liked that you get "Infopack" with all info that you need, but if you still have question, the host Mr. Steffen is very quick with reply. The house was sparkling clean and has all equipment that you might need (kitchen....etc). Now, the best part is how beautifully and tastefully the house is designed inside and outside, full of pretty details all in lovely blue shades. The garden has two best features outside shower and all day shade under hackberry tree with sea view. Garden is spacious, our kids loved it (but it has many stairs, so keep that in mind if you have todllers). Location is perfect, especially if you have bikes. Murter, Betina and beaches are close, but maybe little bit to far for walking, at least not every day. Overall this is perfect family vacation house and we will return for sure.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Tolles landestypischer Haus mit sehr geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Alles ist vorhanden, was man für einen tollen Familienurlaub benötigt. Morgens Frühstücken auf der unteren Terasse. Mittags eine Abkühlung mit der Außendusche mit Meerblick und abends Grillen am gemauerten Steingrill. Ein gutes Buch lesen in der Relaxliege unter Olivenbäumen..... Einfach traumhaft schön...... Auch die Betten sind super und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.

Charmant und komfortabel

Das alte Steinhaus wurde wirklich sehr schön erneuert und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich, der Garten einladend und die Schlafräume bleiben angenehm kühl. Auch für unseren kleinen Sohnemann war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Ein wirklich liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem an alles gedacht wurde! Wir haben mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern eine wunderbare Zeit im Frühherbst hier verbracht! Unsere Ferien im Fischerhaus im alten Teil des Ortes Murter waren erholsam. Die Wohnflaeche und Aufteilung war für unsere fünfköpfige Familie sehr gut - kühle und geschmackvolle Schlafraueme u BZimmer im unteren Teil des Hauses, eine gut ausgestattete Kueche, einladender großer Esstisch u offen übergehender WZ-Bereich im oberen Teil des Hauses. Die Dusche im terrassierten Garten u der Essplatz kamen prima bei uns an. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Emailkommunikation mit dem Vermieter, dessen hilfreichen Infos zum Haus u auch zur Insel sowie der gute Kontakt bzw. Service vor Ort.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt, die kleinen Details im Haus sorgen sofort für Wohlfühlklima. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Vor allem weil wir auch gut informiert waren durch die sehr ausführlichen Informationen , die wir vor unserem Urlaub vom Vermieter erhalten haben.

Why they chose this property

This object captivates with its location. On one side it lays in one of the oldest alleys of 'Old Murter', not far away from the center with restaurants and cafes and additional close to the coast line with bathing opportunities. On the other side it is wonderful quiet and cozy located at the end of an alley lovely quiete and with a garden, what is very rare in the old towns.

It offers the chance to take a deep breath of the southern life. A lovely haven to rest and recreate!
