The main floor includes a formal living room and dining room, plus a dramatic cathedral-ceiling family room with a mantled gas fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the backyard and spectacular Berks County sunsets.

The spacious gourmet kitchen sits at the heart of the home and is designed for everything from morning coffee to group dinners. You'll find granite countertops, tile backsplash, a pendant-lit breakfast bar, stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, new refrigerator and automatic lighted pantry. For drinks and entertaining, the home also includes a dedicated wine refrigerator and two additional beverage refrigerators, leaving plenty of refrigerator space for groceries during longer stays.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the gourmet kitchen, dining areas, family room, living spaces, movie lounge, laundry room, backyard, patio, wood-burning fire pit area, and attached 3-car garage with Level 2 Tesla charging.

Guests may also use the driveway and designated parking areas.

The basement and the primary bedroom walk-in closet are locked for owner storage and are not included in guest access.

Other things to note:
Golden Oaks is a peaceful residential community, and we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay. Fleetwood's quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor conversations, music and other noise low during these hours and follow all local noise requirements at all times.

Many nearby restaurants and casual dining spots close around 9:00 PM, so we recommend checking hours and planning dinner ahead if you expect to arrive late.

Trash collection is Friday morning. If you arrive on Thursday, you may see trash and recycling bins placed at the bottom of the driveway for pickup.

Lawn care is completed once a week, typically on Tuesday or Wednesday. A landscaping crew may briefly be on the property during daytime hours.
