We had a large group stay at the farmhouse for a team event about an hour away. The house was large and versatile enough to accommodate our group. The hosts were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had several adults, a few children and were able to bring a dog, though we did not take advantage but would have been a huge bonus. There were tons of trails and farm animals for the kids to enjoy and a lovely open space to foster socialization within our group. We had a fire outside, utilized the comfy woodstove and enjoyed cooking for a large number of people. The kids enjoyed playing with the host’s son all day long while the team was gone and the host showed mom around the hobby beehives. We loved the rural location and rustic nature of our stay which helped us to bond without the distraction of a tv. Perfect country vibes; bonus moos and baby moos in the pasture to admire.
