The lovingly furnished rooms create a cosy atmosphere for couples, families, and friends. The spacious garden invites you to relax and unwind. Four-legged friends are also welcome—the EulenNest is dog-friendly and ideal for a relaxing holiday with your dog.
A special highlight is the sauna area for up to 6 people with a view of nature—perfect for unwinding after active days on holiday.
In the summer, hiking, swimming, and biking await you around Lake Millstatt. In the winter, skiing, winter hikes, and tobogganing ensure a varied holiday experience. The EulenNest is the ideal starting point for relaxation and activities in every season.



EulenNest Holiday Home:

Completely renovated in 2020–2021, this 140 m² holiday home spans two floors and offers every comfort, along with a spacious garden (600 m²) for your exclusive use.
“Just let go & relax”—it’s made very easy here thanks to natural materials both inside and out, combined with soothing colours and carefully selected fabrics. Exclusive living pleasure throughout the house, all high-quality furnishings, wonderfully timeless –
Ground floor:
Entryway with coat closet and staircase to the 1st floor; Bathroom with walk-in shower/toilet; a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area; access to the garden and terrace with a panoramic view; cosy living area with a TV nook featuring satellite reception and a reading area; insect screens on the ground floor; Most windows can be darkened with shutters;
Upstairs:
three country-style bedrooms with wood-look flooring, solid wood furniture, and double beds, featuring charming details and sloped ceilings—two of which have balconies; all with shutters for privacy, additional shower room/bathroom with sink;
In the basement:
In 2023, a small, elegant sauna area was created in the basement. The sauna has a window facing the outdoors, making a sauna session with a view of nature twice as enjoyable. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Outdoors:
Furnished patio with dining table, chairs, and a sun umbrella; lounge chairs in the garden; a wooden gazebo fully equipped with a dining table and chairs; trees providing natural shade. Grill; 2/3 of the garden is fenced in; 1 lockable garage and 2 free outdoor parking spaces;



On-site costs: • The daily rate for the entire house, including all utilities, is for 4 people • excludes visitor’s tax of 2.70 € per person/day for guests 17 years and older ( 1.11.2026, the visitor’s tax increases to 4.50 €) • excludes sauna use / billed separately per use • For each additional person, we charge a €15.00 utility surcharge per day • Parking spaces are free of charge; garage space can be booked separately • We charge €15.00 per day per dog (maximum of 2 dogs allowed)



Check-in is from 4:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
