Wunderschöne, moderne 3-Zimmerwohnung mit Luxus Küche, 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohn- und Essbereich, Südbalkon, Klimaanlage und großer Garage im Innenhof! Am wunderschönen Kolpingplatz inmitten von vielen Cafés!

In dieser Unterkunkft fehlt es an nichts. Ob als Familie, Pärchen oder als Gruppe, in dieser Wohnung ist für alle Platz. Es gibt 5 Schlafplätze, die alle mit sehr guten Matratzen ausgestattet sind. So steht einer erholsamen Nacht nichts im Weg. Zudem gibt es einen Arbeitsbereich, schnelles Wlan und einen einen wunderschönen, hellen Wohn-Essbereich. Es ist alles modern und in einem tollen Zustand. Das Bad ist neu und sogar mit Badewanne ausgestattet. Das WC ist praktischerweise vom Bad getrennt.

Ihr Auto können Sie bequem in der Garage im Hof abstellen. Zudem ist die Haltestelle Kolpingplatz nur eine Minute entfernt. Sogar zum Hauptbahnhof und Zoo können Sie laufen.

Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants, Supermärkte, DM, Apotheken und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ein Aufzug fährt sie entspannt in den 3. Stock. Sie müssen weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher mitbringen, es ist für alles gesorgt.
