The villa Casa Milo with spectacular views, is located in a quiet residential urbanization 15 minutes drive from the town of Salobrena, is spread over 2 floors and consists of a living room, a well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one quadruple, all with double bed) therefore can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, air conditioning and washing machine. This villa offers a private outdoor space with swimming pool, garden, uncovered terrace, covered terrace and gas barbecue. There is a parking area available in front of the property (shared with neighbors).

In Salobrena you will find beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, water activities and a 10th century Moorish castle.

Smoking and events are not allowed.

No loud or disturbing noises are allowed after 23:00 hours. Please note that during your stay there may be government water regulations, which may affect the use of the swimming pool, watering the garden or limit the use of tap water.

Fantastic house with the best view!

Pros: The house has the best view great furniture for the most relaxed stay! The kitchen has everything you need and the outside kitchen is amazing to bbq with a view! Our host Kery was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed! We loved our stay and hope to come back!

Tolle Lage; atemberaubende Aussicht; schönes, sauberes Haus und Pool

Pros: Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der Villa Casa Milo in Salobreña. Die Villa war sehr sauber, modern ausgestattet und bot eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf Meer und Berge – besonders von der großen Terrasse und dem Poolbereich aus. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne Pool, der neue Gasgrill und der im Gartentisch integrierte Gaskamin – perfekt für gemütliche Abende. Auch die liebevoll zusammengestellte Willkommensmappe mit vielen Tipps war sehr hilfreich. Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig am Hang gelegen, aber nur ca. 12 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Zudem liegt Salobreña perfekt für Ausflüge – z. B. nach Málaga, Granada, zur Alhambra oder zur Tropfsteinhöhle von Nerja. Ideal für Familien oder Freunde, die Entspannung, Komfort und eine tolle Aussicht suchen. Absolute Empfehlung! Cons: Kleinigkeiten müssen repariert werden (Lampen, Vorhangschienen, Poolleiter,...) Aber alles nichts Tragisches (wird lt. Auskunft im Herbst repariert)

Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub! Das Haus ist superschön eingerichtet, es gab wirklich alles was man braucht. Purer Luxus für kleines Geld, eine unbezahlbare Aussicht. Weiterempfehlung 100%. Immer wieder 😍

fantastische Aussicht tolles Haus

Pros: Das Haus ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet .Die Lage ist ruhig gelegen, auf einem Hügel. Man sollte mobil sein, ohne Auto sind Strände Einkauf und der Weg zum Haus mühsam Wir haben die fantastische Aussicht genossen. Es gibt ein Teleskop ,durch dieses konnte man sogar einen Feldbrand beobachten. Es gibt Pooltücher für den tollen Pool,der in natura größer ist, als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Was nicht erkennbar ist,auf den Fotos.... 2 Zimmer befinden sich im Keller .Eins davon hat nur einen Vorhang zum Flur und kein Fenster. Kery war stets erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.Sie hat uns sogar einen Korb Feuerholz für den schönen Kamin vorbeigebracht Die Grillecke ist gut ausgestattet unsere Jungs haben es geliebt dort zu grillen wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin Cons: grundsätzlich finde ich ein großes und 1 kleines Handtuch pro Gast,für 9 Tage zu wenig. Da es keine extra Habdtücher an den Waschbecken gibt,hat jeweils 1 Person schonmal 1 Handtuch zu wenig. Natürlich gibt es eine Waschmaschine,aber im Urlaub will ich halt auch mal Ruhe vor der Hausarbeit haben..... Dieses Problem gibt es leider oft in den Unterkünften. Wenn ich vermieten würde,gäbe es ein Regal voll.
