Our house is located directly below the “Kleine Kalmit” hill, with a view of the Mater Dolerosa Chapel of the same name. Its central location on the outskirts of the village is unique: the village centre, as well as most of the local restaurants and shops, are just a five-minute walk away. Nevertheless, the entrance to the holiday rental is idyllically situated in the middle of the vineyards, with a direct view of the beautiful Kleine Kalmit nature reserve.

With approximately 50 m² of space, our holiday rental offers all the amenities for a wonderful holiday in the Palatinate. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious rain shower; the living/dining area features IP TV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven; the bedroom has a box-spring bed.

Great importance was placed on sustainability and environmental safety, both in the building materials used and in the furnishings.



On-site costs: Included in the price: parking space, Wi-Fi, utilities, final cleaning, bed linens, hand towels and tea towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, and trash bags.
