The holiday apartment with separate access is located in the basement of a residential building on the owner's 850 sqm residential property within a quiet residential area on the edge of the village and forest. The beach is approx. 1.5 km away. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, couch, TV, hi-fi), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette with pantry (electric hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating. There is an outdoor seating area, barbecue and carport. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy, towels and final cleaning. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.



The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town centre, which is well worth seeing, is surrounded by the Fleesensee and Malchower See lakes. It is connected to the other parts of the town by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boats, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities here. Other attractions include the monastery church and the town mill. A large bathing beach as well as boat and bicycle hire round off the tourist attractions.
