In the third apartment, which is also located on the ground floor and features its own terrace, maritime dreams come true. The 50 square metres are divided into 2 rooms with cosy sleeping berths for 4 people. The open-concept living and dining area leads directly to the outdoor area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.



The “Priel Hüs” is situated in a quiet location in the popular town of List on Sylt—just a few minutes’ walk from the Wadden Sea, the dunes, and the harbour. The building houses 9 holiday apartments of various sizes and layouts, so that couples, families, and small groups alike can find suitable accommodation.

The apartments are bright and inviting and fully equipped with practical furnishings. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer views of the surrounding greenery.

Eight parking spaces are available for guests right next to the house. The well-maintained garden area is available for shared use by all residents and is perfect for relaxing or socialising.

With its location near the beach, biking and hiking trails, and dining options, the “Priel Hüs” is an ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday on Germany’s northernmost island.



Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
