There IS an additional $50 charge to use the spa. Please be sure this is selected when you make your reservation or we can add it after. If you do NOT want it, just let us know and we will have that locked off.
There is one additional note. We are adding this to the House Rules:
-no food, drink, shampoo or soap of any kind in the spa. If our staff determines that the spa is left in a dirty condition, and the water must be changed, we will be charging an additional $50, on top of the normal spa charge. By using the spa you ARE agreeing to follow this rule and to the additional charge if our staff deems it necessary.

We love the peace, the stress free environment. Place to just decompress. The sounds of the seals sunbathing on the floating docks, the sounds of the seagulls, and the quiet raising and lowering of the tide daily. Peace.
The 200" private beach, kayaks, and over 6 acres of grounds are shared between all three homes. Each home has its own life vests. Hot tub-Victorian main house rental only.
There are 3 beautiful homes on this waterfront property. Together they sleep 22 people. The homes are located on peaceful Puget Sound, outside of Gig Harbor, WA, in the Tacoma area south of Seattle. They lie on over 2 gated acres of lawns, gardens, and 200' of private beach in a quiet, but very nice rural neighborhood.

The Victorian is the main home and offers a gourmet kitchen, 3 bedrooms plus a loft, and a large spa. Sleeps 10 in beds/ we allow up to 12.
The Cottage-by-the-Sea is the charming home next door. This 2 story home has 2 private decks looking over the Sound, with one large beautiful bedroom. The home can sleep up to 6. The large bedroom holds a king bed, a day bed, plus trundle and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The cottage has a separate listing for pictures and pricing.
Across a small lane is a 2nd story, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. This home also sleeps 6 --a queen in each bedroom plus a queen sofa sleeper. The apt. also has a separate listing for pricing and pictures.
The bedrooms and bathroom numbers shown on this listing are for the main house-Wisteria Hollow only and do not include those at the Cottage or the HIdeaway Apt. The pricing is for Wisteria only. The Cottage and the HIdeaway have separate listings. We want our customers to know that all three or any combination of two of the homes can be rented, as desired.
