The Pickering Passage House is a low bank waterfront home in the Puget Sound, an hour and a half from Seattle, and situated halfway between Olympia and Gig Harbor.
Spend this summer mastering your skills on a private waterfront pickleball court. Enjoy high tide kayaking and boating from your own boat launch and low tide wandering our beach taking in the sea air and collect oysters for appetizers in the evening.
Spend winter days around the cozy stone fireplace and taking in a Nordic Sauna.
As we are a shared beach community we have a NO PET policy and strict NO PARTYING policy.
Swim spa is closed October 1 through May 1. Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No sport court usage during quiet time. Please respect all local burn bans for outdoor firepit.
Please observe community rules regarding 20mph speed limit on the private community road.
Due to the septic system and county regulations we have a strict 8 guest limit (includes all children and visitors).
Please smoke in designated area only (near dry cottage)
This is a NO SMOKING property ( includes cannabis and tobacco inside and exterior) No Judgement...but if this is important for your group this will not be a good fit.
Our Primary home is located about 1.5 hours away in Maple Valley. We are happy to answer any questions or provide assistance if a situation arises via phone or text.

You will have full private access to the entire property. This is a rambler home with two steps to the entry and two steps for the back room entertainment area. There are steps to the sport court but also a flat gravel path to the sport court and beach area.

This spacious rambler features 4 bedrooms and 3 baths as well as a detached dry cottage with another queen bed. We have a 8 guest limit (includes all children and visitors)

A modern spacious kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets, spices and more with plenty of room to entertain.

This home features an attached suite with streaming TV, kitchenette, full bath with duel sinks and walk in shower as well as additional private bedroom with queen size bed.

All beds are luxury mattresses with the highest hotel quality linens. Each express individuality and create a peaceful nights sleep.

Fully connected to Starlink wifi for all your streaming needs as well as a home office set up with desk and computer monitor for remote working possibilities.

Streaming tv's are also located in the primary suite and cottage.

Outdoors enjoy three kayaks, paddles and life jackets for your use as well as sports court gear for playing pickleball, shuffle board and other court sports. Firewood is available for the outdoor firepit (please respect local burn bans). Explore our private 100' low bank beach. (please stay on our property and do not wonder on neighboring beaches). Enjoy responsibly the Nordic Barrel Sauna and all of the health benefits from this experience.

Expansive deck with gas fireplace off the primary suite makes for a wonderful conversation area and late night glass of wine. Enjoy a dip in the summer swim spa or settle into the adirondack chairs beachside to hang out and enjoy the views.
