Welcome to our holiday home “Ida” in Seepark Nordhorn, the waterfront town surrounded by greenery.



Enjoy your stay in our newly built holiday home on the outskirts of city centre Nordhorn, in the park-like, bike-friendly countryside of the County of Bentheim.



Our modern, lake-view holiday home can accommodate up to four guests. Here you’ll find an oasis of relaxation with a sauna, hot tub, fireplace, and cosy seating areas both inside and on the terrace.

Rental rates are based on 4 guests.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.

Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

No pets allowed.

One parking space is available free of charge.



On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen-diner with a large dining area and a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and sauna. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find the utility room with a washer-dryer. A large wooden deck with comfortable patio furniture invites you to relax. Next to the house is a lockable garden shed with an electrical socket for your bicycles.



In the living area, you can spend cosy hours enjoying a glass of wine or a cup of tea in front of the crackling fireplace. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

In the wellness bathroom, featuring a sauna, whirlpool, and walk-in shower, you can experience pure relaxation and leave the stress of everyday life behind. The underfloor heating completes the feel-good experience.



You’ll find an additional guest bathroom on the upper floor. There you’ll also find the two bedrooms with double beds and a cosy sofa on the loft.



Our house is the ideal starting point for a bike ride along the Fietsentour —a network of bike paths stretching over 1,200 km through the County of Bentheim.

Take a boat tour on the Vechte River or visit the local outdoor and indoor swimming pools.



The town of Nordhorn attracts visitors with its cosy cafes and restaurants, as well as shopping opportunities. All of these places are within easy walking distance.

The zoo in Nordhorn is another highlight. Plus, the nearby Netherlands is a great destination for day trips.
