Amenities: electric ceramic cooktop, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster.<br><br>Bathroom with window: shower, sink<br>Separate toilet.<br><br>1 bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.40 x 2 m), wardrobe<br><br>A steep wooden staircase leads upstairs, where the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located, each with a box-spring bed (1.40 x 2 m).<br><br>Flooring: laminate; bathroom: tile.<br><br>Additional amenities: Central heating<br><br>Large, beautifully landscaped garden with a wind-protected patio. Garden furniture, lounge furniture, a parasol, and a lovely little shaded seating area.<br><br>Fully fenced property.
