This centrally located 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand measures 45 m², is on the ground floor, and can accommodate 2 people.

The beach and the town centre, with its many shopping options and restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The living room, featuring a cosy couch with a separate armchair, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and Wi-Fi (no right to a refund or replacement in case of disruptions or outages) is the perfect place to spend some quality time if the weather isn’t so good.
The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and everything else you’ll need.
You can then enjoy your meal at the dining table right in front of the window, with a view of the greenery.

From the living area, you can step out onto the southwest-facing terrace, which is perfect for enjoying wonderful holiday moments.

From the hallway, you’ll reach the bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and a closet. For a peaceful night’s sleep, you can completely darken the bedroom with exterior blinds.

Start your day off right in the new shower room, which is equipped with a hair dryer.
You can store your bicycles in the shared bike storage room.

Across the street is the idyllic spa park with its old trees, lakes, and small wooden bridges—the perfect spot for a relaxing stroll. You’ll feel the Baltic Sea sand beneath your feet just 350 metres away.

In Fegetasche near Plön, you can set sail:, whether on the “Bosau Tour” past the 800-year-old fieldstone church in the heart of Holstein Switzerland or on the “Grand Plön Lake Tour” through bird sanctuaries and nature reserves. An interesting experience for everyone.
