The apartment was in a very safe area. Plenty of restaurants around, and a small local market. Within walking distance to the ferry. There are two bunkbeds on the main floor with a double/queen size bed in the basement of the unit. There’s a full bathroom on each level. The showers are relatively small in US standards, so can be tight. Be careful to use only one or two appliances with the extension cord in the kitchen. It could trip the electric control panel. There is a washing machine, but no dryer for anyone needing to do laundry. The electric outlet plugs were different than we had available in Milan, so we needed to have another local adapter to charge our cell phones. The trickiest part was finding the lockbox for the keys for the unit as there are keypads for entry. Management was very responsive on WhatsApp!
