Modern, beautiful terraced house "Sa Riera White", 2 storeys, semi-detached. In a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Motor access to the house. (20 steps). Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "en verano" 100 m, railway station "Flaça" 30 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 20 km, Pals Conjunto medieval 9 km, Club nautic Sa Riera 300 m, Casttilo de Begur 3 km, Hipica Begur 4 km, Parc Aventura Costa Brava Playa Pals 5 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
