About this property

nice holiday home, single storey with well-tended garden and terrace / Non smoking

Our house is about 10-15 min. Walk from the beach, in a quiet residential area, it has a beautiful south / west terrace, a landscaped garden and a spacious carport + storage room for your car + Bicycles.
The living area is about 100 square meters. The living room has a sofa, satellite TV and a music system. Furthermore, there is the cozy dining area for 4 people.
From the living room leads to the terrace.
In the fully equipped kitchen there is an E.Cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The bathroom has a shower, tub and toilet. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet.
In the children are two bunks and a cupboard. There is also a satellite TV incl. DVD recorder.
The bedroom and. Children are provided with carpeting. In the remaining rooms is tiled floor.
All rooms are tastefully decorated and lovingly


Numerous restaurants, cafes and shops offer a relaxing and peaceful holiday.
In the resort, among other things, a cinema, a mini golf course and for our little ones a mini railway located .. The green areas above the beach are lovingly and flowers surrounds, benches and sculptures that invite you to linger.

Local vendors provide bicycles available, so that the environment can be well explored. Learn the island 100 kilometers cycle tracks of your quiet and contemplative side know.

The Zinnowitz also has a pier at the end of a diving gondola is. This will take you a few meters below the water surface and shows a film about life under water.

The attractively designed forecourt in front of the dunes attracts with z. B. homemade cakes, ice cream and fish sandwiches.

Alles da was man für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Kü-Equipment passt fürs Kochen falls man nicht essen gehen möchte."Hauptstraße" nicht weit weg und Seebrücke in gut 20 min erreichbar.Ohne Navi vielleicht etwas schwer zu finden.Keine Wama vorhanden, aber Waschlokal mit Auto ca. 3min.Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen. Besitzer:in sehr kommunikativ.

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft, nette Vermieter Schöner Garten, ruhig gelegen. Im Haus ist alles für den Alltag vorhanden. Zu Fuß ist man schnell beim Bahnhof, von dort aus kann man kostenfrei mit der Usedom Card alle anderen Orte erkunden. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Wir sind das 2. Mal dort gewesen. Wir haben das Haus genauso vorgefunden wie beim 1. Mal. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben waren evtl. Waschmaschine und Trockner. Ansonsten perfekt. Gastgeberfamilie ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit.

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben eine wunderschöne entspannte Urlaubswoche in Zinnowitz verbracht auch dank eines sehr schönen und gepflegten Ferienhauses. Ein sehr schöner Garten und Terrasse laden zum verweilen am Abend ein. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. So muss Urlaub sein! Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Tolle Location

Unser Aufenthalt im Projekt war sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sensationell. Sie hat uns im Voraus darüber telefonisch informiert, das eine Brücke in Bauarbeiten sich befindet und dadurch nicht ständig offen hat !! Hätte sie ja nicht machen müßen ;-) Das Haus war sehr sehr schön... Alles Sauber und alles Vorhanden. Das einzigste "negative" war der Rasen Roboter. Er verhackt sich in die Liegen und bleibt stehen. Sehr zur Verärgerung vom Vermieter . Nachdem wir mitgeteilt haben, das wir die Liegen gerne nach einem schönen Tag im Rasen nutzen möchten, wurde der Rasen Roboter umprogrammiert !! Läuft nut noch von 09:00 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr, sodass man den Nachmittag ungestört sich Sonnen kann! Resümee : Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft, Nette Vermietern, Toller Standort (sehr ruhig) Daher 5 Sterne !!

Top Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Haus, Hygiene und Garten. Es lagen viele Ameisenfallen im Wohnzimmer, die erstmal weggeräumt werden mussten weil wir mit einem Kleinkind dort waren. Der weg zum Strand war mit 30 min etwas zu lang für die Uroma.

Schönes Haus, in ruhiger Lage

Ein wirklich tolles Haus, sehr modern eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was benötigt wird. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem schönen Garten + überdachter Terrasse. Großer Schuppen für die Fahrräder. Es hat uns sehr gut dort gefallen, wir werden dieses Haus im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen. 👍👍👍

Wir waren begeistert. Ein tolles Objekt. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und auch innen gab es nix auszusetzen. Großes Plus das Carport sowie der große Schuppen mit Platz für Fahrräder, Fahrradanhänger usw. Sehr gut fanden wir auch Dusche und Badewanne vorzufinden, das ist selten, aber gerade für die kleinen Kinder hervorragend. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir fanden es so toll, dass wir gerne schon nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen! :-)

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schön: Das Quartier lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus mit Terrasse und Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und die Ausstattung ist vom Wäschestander bis zur Gartenliege top. Es ist das erste Quartier wo nichts gefehlt hat und die ruhige Lage haben wir sehr geschätzt. Einen rund um gelungenen Urlaub haben wir hier verbracht.

Toller Strandurlaub mit Kleinkindern

Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger und zentraler Lage. Wir konnten alles sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders der große Garten war mit unseren Kindern ideal. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und freundlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.

Erstes Mal an der Ostsee

Wir waren vom 11.07.bis zum 25.07.20 in Zinnowitz.Trotz der momentanen Situation haben Wir Uns dazu entschlossen, doch zu fahren. Es war super schön und sehr erholsam.Der Vorabkontakt mit Frau Pretzer war sehr freundlich und nett und auch während des Aufenthalt jederzeit möglich.Das Haus war top gepflegt und ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Wir haben Uns sofort wohl gefühlt.Für Uns war die Lage optimal, weil es schön ruhig liegt.Der Ortskern sowie der Strand ist von dort sehr gut erreichbar.Wir haben sonst immer Urlaub an der Nordsee gemacht und wurden positiv überrascht.Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal hier und werden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Haus buchen.Wir schicken in dieser Bewertung ganz liebe Grüße an Frau Pretzer und Mann und bedanken Uns für die erholsame Zeit bei Ihnen!Familie Meiler
