Welcome to Stuttgart!

As the capital of Baden-Württemberg, Stuttgart has a lot to offer: the Wilhelma zoo, the Mercedes-Benz Museum, the television tower or Cannstatter Wasen. A wide range of activities awaits you in the heart of the city. Your accommodation offers the right, relaxed feel-good atmosphere with great potential for enjoyment and exploration!

The 46 m² ground-floor apartment impresses with its charm in the middle of the city center, in the popular Heusteig district: completely renovated, open and friendly furnishings.

The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and is equipped with hand and bath towels and a hairdryer. The apartment has a smart TV and internet access via W-LAN. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, glasses, cutlery, crockery, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine.

The highlight for those arriving by car: a free carport directly in front of the apartment.

The apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard, yet is centrally located in the heart of the city center. Numerous restaurants, bars and sights are within walking distance.

Check-in can always be done independently and contactless from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. The latest check-out should take place by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

Cleaning includes changing towels and bed linen, for stays of more than 1 week there is also an intermediate cleaning once a week. In case of extreme soiling or destruction, we reserve the right to charge additional costs.

    Good location, not in summer

    The apartment was modern, clean, and in a great location. However, despite having "carport" in the title and in the description... there isn't actually a carport. Well, there is - but upon check in instructions, you're told to go to a garage a block away despite the carport right next to the front door. When I asked about that, the owner said that the carport is no longer part of the property. It wasn't a big deal, but that's pretty poor work to have carport in the title of the listing but not available - just seems shady. That aside, the only problem with this place is poor ventilation. Like most places in the area, there isn't AC. But when I checked in and it was 90 degrees outside, I discovered that there were also no fans. The owner provided two fans the next day, but that was a very sweaty night of sleep. The apartment is in an internal courtyard surrounded by buildings, so there isn't any breeze to come through the windows. Maybe it would've been better if two of the four windows weren't broken and couldn't open. Due to the lack of ventilation, this property really needs an AC fan or wall unit AC to make for an enjoyable stay in the summertime. Otherwise, great property!
