Our beachfront, bright, and sunny holiday rental, “Nordlicht Noer,” is a detached unit with its own south-facing entrance in our house, located directly on the cliffs of Eckernförde Bay, and was completed in 2020. We generate our own electricity using solar panels.

The open dining and living area, together with the built-in kitchen, forms the centrepiece of our “Nordlicht Noer” apartment. The ground floor also features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds, are located on the upper floor. The garden, with its sunbathing area in front of the house, is available for shared use.

Thanks to its immediate proximity to the natural sandy beach with shallow water and the good transport links between the two Baltic Sea cities of Kiel and Eckernförde, our holiday rental offers an ideal starting point for relaxation, culture, bike tours, and water sports such as diving, surfing, sailing, and kitesurfing.

The nearest shopping area is just a few minutes away by car or bike.

The municipality of Noer includes the districts of Noer and Lindhöft. Noer Castle is the centre of the municipality and is currently used as a facility by the Children’s Recreation Association. There is also an old farm bakery in Noer.

Noer is a favourite destination for cyclists and hikers seeking relaxation and is therefore a popular holiday spot.

The town of Eckernförde, with its many beautiful sights, is located in the immediate vicinity.

Eckernförde is a very old port city on the Baltic Sea. Eckernförde Bay is one of the largest bays on the Baltic Sea and is also considered one of the most beautiful.
