You will have 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a fully equipped private kitchen. Air conditioning is available upstairs in the sleeping area, while the ground floor features underfloor heating and cooling. The property also provides Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine for your convenience. For families, 2 high chairs, 1 baby cot, and shared toys and books are at your disposal. A coffee machine with pods for your first day and an air fryer are also included.



Enjoy the private garden with mountain views, featuring both a covered and uncovered terrace—perfect for relaxing. The shared outdoor pool is available for your private use until 6 pm each day, and you can prepare meals with the private barbecue.



You will have access to a shared parking space on site, as well as a communal ping-pong table for your leisure. Events are not permitted. The owner lives nearby to ensure your comfort. Please note that dogs live on the property. Keep this in mind when booking.
