About this property

Perfect for ACL, F1, SXSW and anything Downtown! An E-Scooter from everything.

You’ll see when you arrive how it’s possible to be in the downtown area and tucked away in the best the hill country has to offer. Private Greenbelt access to Barton Creek and a direct Trail, Bike Lane or Sidewalk route to Barton Springs and Zilker. We just moved, but we’re a 1/2 mile down the road from where we operated as a Super Host / CoHost for 8 years. Never under a 4.8 rating with 100’s of guests. Full Kitchen, French Press and K-cups for preference. Tons of light and our 2nd story balcony and views are mostly of trees. The Dog Park is visible from our back patio and the paths around the complex are mostly well shaded.
