Thank you so much for a wonderful time & stay in this beautiful cabin!! We really enjoyed it!! Made our stay so comfortable. Your cleaning crew is amazing too! Thank you and see again soon!
Great location about 5 minutes from Helen and 5 minutes from Cleveland. Beautiful mountain views from all the back windows in the cabin and back porches of the cabin. Comfortable king size mattress in the upstairs loft. I also loved the super quiet Bosch dishwasher.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in the cabin was just perfect for our family. Its location was also perfect. The booking online was a little clunky through vrbo as all our details didn’t transfer to the owners and we had to pay a little more than quoted. It was negligible but frustrating no less. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
This was such a nice property to stay at and explore Helen. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit and loved how quiet it was. The cabin had everything we needed! Definitely recommend!

Thank you for choosing our place for your vacation
Huckleberry Cabin was an ideal getaway for the Alpine Helen area. It was perfectly located for Helen, the wineries, the falls and hikes. Inside a gated area it was safe and beautiful. Absolutely immaculate. Wonderful view. Great fire pit. The hot tub was really well maintained and clean and fresh. I cannot recommend it enough. We stayed 5 days and hated to go.

Thank you for your kind words. We hope to see you back during October fest
We enjoyed our stay here. The property has a lovely view of the mountains, and it is very close to the Mt Yonah trailhead. It is in a great location for a weekend of hiking.
Communication was very fast and the cabin was very cozy with a nice hot tub and great firepit. Very quiet location and just a few minutes drive to downtown Helen.
A fantastic get away. The cabin completely exceeded expectations. It has a gated and private drive, great view and plenty of space. My wife and I loved it and will return for another stay in the future. Highly recommend!
Huckleberry cabin was the perfect spot for my husband and I to unwind and relax! Both porches had a great view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the rocking chairs. The cabin is easy to access and just a few minutes from Helen, it was also stocked with everything we needed to make meals there. We did have a question and had to contact the hosts, who were very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay at Huckleberry Cabin again!
Thank you so much. This cabin was wonderfully-suited for a mountain getaway with myself and my two young adult children. We loved the local restaurants, waterfalls, the Yonah Mountain Book Exchange, the Two Wolves apothecary and Earth Mama restaurant. We loved the firepit, hot tub and especially the views. Thank you so much, Amy
The views were amazing! Nice and clean. We were unable to get on the Wi-Fi. There is no password, so I am not sure why. Maybe an Apple issue. The hot tub would not heat up. We followed the directions provided. Other than that we had the best stay! I would highly recommend!!!
Really enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and well appointed. Definitely will stay here again

About the host
Hosted by Lee
A small business owner from Florida. We travel between Bradenton and Blue Ridge several times each year. Our kids love the adventure of the woods, nearby zip lines, hiking and tubing in Helen. We travel all over the world, but always finding our selves craving more Blue Ridge! Look for us at breakfast or in the many orchards that we pick apples at!!
Why they chose this property
We found this cabin tucked away in the woods. Under the open sky filled with stars and no sounds around, we knew this was the cabin for our family of 5. The cabin sits on 1 1/2 acres of beautiful color-changing trees and the most amazing proximity to the smoky mountains. Waking up to the valley filled with clouds and watching the sunrise over the mountain ridges was the selling point for us. The 1600 sq. ft cabin is the perfect setting for holidays and has hosted many family events that will forever be cherished memories!
What makes this property unique
Our cabin is unique in the fact it is so close to town, unlike most places you could stay. You will find peace and solitude at Huckleberry Cabin, perched on top of Yonah Mountain off the Helen highway. No noisy neighbors or cars driving by on this dead-end street. You, your family and friends will find Huckleberry Cabin to be the best place to escape for the week and reconnect with nature! Every bedroom has a private bathroom and porches off the side to read a book, sip on a warm cup of coffee, see a magical sunrise or watch as the kids play in the fenced yard!! The gas fireplace, available October through March, adds a warmth to the cabin and sets the perfect tone for a romantic getaway.
