INDEPENDENT Studio in house. In quiet area 900m from the beach.
With a parking space in the property and near the pool.
The studio consists of a kitchen for cooking and a lounge area with a sofa that converts into a bed very quickly (rapido bed). The bathroom has a shower, sink, W. C and a washing machine laundry.
The terrace is very nice and can be protected from the sun by an electric blind, allowing to eat outside at any time.
