Once upon a time ...

... a risen outbuilding that stood by a stream and was empty for years because there was no idea or concept to use it.

And then it happened, at the beginning of 2022 it started:
Trenches were dug across the property, the floor of the building was excavated metres deep with excavators, supply pipes were laid, floors and ceilings were poured. A staircase was built almost completely in the building, windows were partially bricked up and cut out or enlarged elsewhere.

Many new walls inside were eventually used to create 7 bright apartments. Light tiles and a colour accent, a wood-look floor, a double bed each and
2x also 2.5 sofas and 7 fully equipped kitchens later, it was finally completed in September 2023.

For structural reasons, a large number of steel beams were necessary. In addition, there are the wooden trusses that originally and still partially support the roof.

We have been able to integrate both harmoniously into the apartments, so that this circumstance has now become stylish living elements.
