At BergButze 20 (Bergliebe) you can fully enjoy your holiday.<br> The apartment is fully furnished. The living area with its open-plan kitchen and access to the balcony leaves nothing to be desired. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the Wurmberg mountain and the tranquil garden of the complex. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle.<br><br> In the bedroom you will find a box spring double bed 160 x 200 cm (queen size) and a box spring single bed 100 x 200 cm.<br> The living area features a comfortable sofa and an internet-enabled television.<br> The living areas have blackout blinds on the skylights.<br><br> You can log into your Netflix / Amazon accounts, etc. on the TV.<br><br> Board games and puzzles are available for entertainment.<br><br> The bathroom has a shower. A hairdryer is provided.<br><br> Should you require a baby cot, it will be provided free of charge. A mattress is available; please bring your own bedding, sheets, and mattress protectors.<br><br> A lockable basement room is available for storing your bicycles, or you can also store your skis and sleighs here.<br><br> A parking space is available subject to availability.<br><br> To help you relax after your long journey, we've provided a complimentary starter kit. You don't need to go shopping right away. This includes coffee, tea, a roll of toilet paper, a roll of kitchen paper, cleaning supplies, and a cleaning cloth. For restocking, you'll find addresses of local shops in our digital guest directory.<br><br> Additional fees apply:<br> - €75.00 for final cleaning of the apartment. This fee is included in the booking price.<br><br> - For arrivals with a dog: We charge a one-time fee of €15.00 per dog for final cleaning; the dog stays free of charge. Please select the optional option to include the fee in your booking.<br><br> - Our linen package. We are happy to provide you with bed linen, one small towel and one large towel for €10.00 per person. This fee is not included in the price.<br><br> - The tourist tax for adults (€3.05) and for children aged 6-17 (€1.70) per person per day. You will receive a separate email from us with the amount of the fee.
