Holiday Apartment 01, located between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden (40 square metres, max. 2 adult guests), features a very nice combined living room and bedroom with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a wardrobe. The living area features a sofa, table, and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a modern kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and microwave. The apartment has Wi-Fi. The bright, modern bathroom features a sink, shower, towel warmer, and toilet, and is flooded with natural light.



Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin!

Our two newly built holiday apartments in Sellin are located on the ground floor of a beautiful residential building. The property is situated in a quiet location in the heart of Alt-Sellin, between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, which is part of the UNESCO South-East Rügen Biosphere Reserve. The fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea is just 1,400 m away.

We offer two modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartments (40–50 square metres, max. 2 guests guests, living/sleeping area or separate bedroom, kitchenette, Wi-Fi, bathroom/shower).

The Granitz begins about 100 m from the house, featuring green beech forests and many hiking and biking trails. There is ample parking available on the property. A lockable storage area is available for the bicycles you bring with you. The public transit bus stop is approximately 150 metres away. During the high season, a local bus runs right next to the property. With a valid spa pass, this bus will take you to the beach or other stops in the area free of charge.

Just a 15-minute walk away, you’ll find numerous restaurants, cafés, boutiques, and shops. It’s about 1,500 metres to the famous pier and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Here you also have the opportunity to take boat trips to Binz or to the chalk cliffs, or to enjoy a ride on the historic steam train, the Rasender Roland, which also stops near us. For health-conscious guests, wellness facilities and a water park are available in Sellin. Shops for daily necessities, a post office, a pharmacy, and a bus stop are also located in Sellin.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
