Der Standort war sehr gut.Das Badezimmer in der Wohnung war sehr stark verschimmelt. Die Fliesen Fugen müssen dringend erneuert werden. Der unangenehme Geruch war in der gesamten Wohnung präsent.Das Reethaus sieht von außen sehr gut aus. Die Räumlichkeiten im Inneren sind dunkel.
