Centrally located between Lake Starnberg and Lake Ammersee, this spacious 128 m² apartment offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for families, friends, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The heart of the home is a 50 m² open-plan living loft featuring a designer kitchen, iconic furniture pieces (Eames, Vitra, Eiermann), and direct access to the furnished terrace and private garden. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub are located on the ground floor. An open staircase leads up to the gallery level with an additional bedroom and en-suite bathroom (with both bathtub and separate shower).

Perfect for families: Babybay cribs (Mini & Maxi), a travel cot, stair gate, and a Tripp Trapp highchair with baby seat are all available upon request.

In summer and autumn, guests are welcome to pick fresh strawberries, berries, apples, and herbs right from the garden. A washing machine is available in the basement for your convenience.

Free Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth speaker allow you to enjoy your favorite music. There is no television – by choice – so you can fully unwind, unplug, and spend mindful time together.

Check-in is contactless via a key box, allowing for a flexible and stress-free arrival.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön. Ein Bäcker mit Lebensmitteln ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenfalls die SBahn.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Alles war vorhanden. Die Küche war topp ausgestattet. Eine Ferienwohnung, in der viele Grundnahrungsmittel wie Kaffee oder Tee sowie verschiedene Öle und Gewürze bereitgestellt waren, hatten wir noch nie. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Wohnung ist verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen. Man kann die umliegenden 5 Seen sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Man kann aber auch mit der S-Bahn nach München oder den Ort Seefeld zu Fuß erkunden. Vielen Dank für die tolle Urlaubswoche! Viele Grüße Cathrin Eggert
